• All items are Brand New Instocks.
• All items are original & come with its respective brand's tag & label.
• All items are directly imported.
• Prices do not include delivery charges/handling fees unless stated.
APPARELS
• Buyer should take note that due to different production batches, there may be deviation of 2 to 3cm.
• And also due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to the actual items.
• Goods sold are NOT refundable OR exchangeable.
• Should item be Out-Of-Stock, cash will be refunded.
• If picture/image is not clear , you can request a clearer picture from me.
• I will not be responsible for any wrong-made orders. Please kindly check your measurements and order form again before sending it to me.
• All Preorders Estimated waiting period will be 7-14 Days.
Payment Mode
• POSB/DBS ATM FUND TRANSFERS
- For Instocks & Preorders, payments strictly by Bank Transfer.
(Full payment shall be made before i proceed to order)
• Once payment is made, send me your REF NO.
• NO refunds & NO cancellation will be made once order is Confirmed.
• Payment is to be made within 24hours from the day of purchase.
• Receipt will be sent through Email for confirmation once i've received your payment.

Collection Mode
• NORMAL MAIL POSTAGE:
> 1 - 2 items: $1.50
> 3 - 4 items: $2.50
> 5 - 9 items: $3.35
• REGISTERED MAIL POSTAGE:
> Additional of $2.50 to normal mail postage. Tracking number will be given to you once item sent out.
* I SHALL NOT be held any responsibilities for lost mail regardless of delivery by normal or registered mail. Registered mail is highly recommended.
• HOUSE DELIVERY CHARGES:
>$2.50 per trip
